      Description

      The option "New Vault Credentials" in the Ansible Vault build step of a freestyle job displays an error message instead of giving a choice of credentials. This blocks the use of this option and ultimately the entire build step.

            [FIXED JENKINS-49055] Add method to populate New Vault Credentials for freestyle job. Only call append when there is content since it was adding extra spaces, confusing the Ansible CLI invocation and further blocking the freestyle job. (#19)
