Cannot Use New Vault Credentials in Ansible Vault Freestyle Job

      The option "New Vault Credentials" in the Ansible Vault build step of a freestyle job displays an error message instead of giving a choice of credentials. This blocks the use of this option and ultimately the entire build step.
