Jenkins EC2 plugin sets login/password for created slaves based on if you choose 'windows' or 'unix'.   

On multiple jenkins instances I have running (2.89.2 and 2.101) if the jenkins box is rebooted, or if new plugins are installed and jenkins restarts.  then all my windows slaves can't connect anymore because there configurations have switched from windows-winrm to unix-ssh.
