pitmutation report barfs at "Kill ratio is NaN% (0 0)" with pitest 1.3.2

      jenkins is 2.109, pitmuation plugin is 1.0-16, pitest is 1.3.2

      When I set the used pitest version to 1.3.2, the resulting xml files can not be parsed by the plugin; it allways breaks the build with "Kill ratio is NaN% (0 0)". The generated reports are attached.
