Jenkins Parent POM should automatically reincrementalify repo during the release

      Same as JENKINS-51658, but for the Jenkins POM. It should help a lot with core releases and other components like Remoting. The core flow has been already impacted few times, and IMHO we need to automate the logic.

          Not really worth tracking separately. If and when such a mojo is developed, it would just become part of the plugin, and would be picked up in various POM updates.
