    Description

      Java Web Start is a deprecated technology, which is going to be removed in Java 10+ releases. In addition to JENKINS-44100, all Java Web Start components should be detached to a separate plugins, which can be later removed from mandatory dependencies once Jenkins stops supporting Java 8.
