Investigate Remoting compatibility with Java 10

      I have did basic tests, and apparently Remoting is able to startup on Java 10 and to execute basic operations for Freestyle jobs.

      But deeper testing is required

          Works with Pipeline – although not doing anything fancy in this case.

          I also ran a bunch of smoke tests, including heavy builds of Jenkins plugins with static analysis and code coverage. Works well so far, I think we can just close it until we have explicit issues
