Offer Java 11 Alpine Docker images for Jenkins agents

      There is no official distribution of OpenJDK 11 for Alpine: https://github.com/docker-library/openjdk/issues/211 . It is not a blocker for Java 11 availability, but probably we want to switch to Adopt OpenJDK images instead.

          Not a blocker for the release anymore. We agreed to reduce the scope to only Debian images, because there is no Alpine package for OpenJDK11. https://github.com/jenkinsci/jep/tree/master/jep/211#docker-packaging-for-alpine-slim

          Closing for now. Given the status upstream, I don't expect the Jenkins Project to produce these artifacts anytime soon.

          We might reopen/reconsider this when/if OpenJDK distributes alpine-based images, which was recently not going to happen apparently.

          oleg_nenashev batmat I can now see jenkins/agent:alpine-jdk11 on docker hub. Should this issue be marked as fixed?
