Offer Java 11 Alpine Docker images for Jenkins agents

      There is no official distribution of OpenJDK 11 for Alpine: https://github.com/docker-library/openjdk/issues/211 . It is not a blocker for Java 11 availability, but probably we want to switch to Adopt OpenJDK images instead.
