      Apparently Maven Jenkins Dev Plugin still uses old version of Jetty: https://github.com/jenkinsci/maven-hudson-dev-plugin . It is unclear how it impacts Jenkins test suites, but it definitely causes a lot of warnings while developing for Java 11
