The projects that make a build triggered by a Bitbucket pull request continuously perform builds even nothing new is available Bitbucket side.

This has 2 main consequence, longest build queue but, on top of that, this issue is literally killing our infrastructure since is based on AWS EC2 using T type machine, optimized for cpu load peaks with a credit mechanism
