Payload module classes loaded after Jenkins initialization

      The classes from the payload module are loaded here, once Jenkins has been already initialized. Thus extensions and other things that Jenkins loads are not available, so they cannot be used.

          fcojfernandez: the issue may happen only in edge cases, and there are workarounds for it. So it is not a priority for now.
