Parameterized remote trigger gives configuration error as "Address looks good, but a connection cannot be established"

      When configuring the remote parameterized trigger plugin in manage jenkins page , following error is thrown and hence couldn't trigger the job remotely.

      Note: My jenkins is hosted on AWS EC2 and am trying to trigger a job on local jenkins from this AWS EC2 hosted instance
