We have set up a GitHub Organization on our jenkins, every commit/pr/branch is being built and the status reported back to github. Sometimes jenkins fails to report the build status of a commit/pr though. Github shows that the task is in Pending state while jenkins has completed the build successfully. (see attached screenshots).

I looked at jenkins logs but can't find anything relevant. I've setup a log recorder with log level set to FINE at Manage Jenkins -> System Log with Logger set to org.jenkinsci.plugins.github_branch_source but there is nothing pointing to a problem there either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
