      Then I see a list of updated plugins I want to see all changes between installed and proposed versions of plugins on a single page.

          We're slowly getting there through adoption of release-drafter in the project, but in general this cannot be done, because the needed data source doesn't exist.

          Now we have a data-source which could supply this information (plugin site API already exposes changelogs). This particular feature request is still rather an EPIC, but in principle it is totally possible. I will reopen it for future triage based on the LinkedIn discussion
