Broken search bar layout when using new UI components

In Jenkins 2.222.1 a new header bar has been introduced. Seems that one of the libraries (or CSS files) that I am using in my plugins destroyed the search bar layout, see screenshot.

I still need to find out, which of the UI plugins cause these problems...

Could you clarify whether this is only in the UI refresh, or without? Screenshot shows the former, which is opt in via system property.

Interesting, the problem is also visible with the old UI.

Seems that we did upgrade our Jenkins as well. Here one can see the bug as well: https://ci.jenkins.io/job/Plugins/job/analysis-model/job/master/java/

Aren't you reimplementing lib/layout/layout in your plugins or something like that?

If so, would look there for the culprit.

Edited to add: Found https://github.com/jenkinsci/bootstrap4-api-plugin/commit/9465ea0fe14b0108cbfee1f3c74c2866dc5d45b9 so that's not it.
