Merge Conflicts should cause a failed status notification to be sent to Github

      When a github PR has merge conflicts, the build fails in Jenkins but the build status is not sent to Github. What would be preferred is that when there's a build failure, even if it's caused by a merge conflict it should be sent to github as a failed build
