Add changelog for 1.44

Could you please add changelog for 1.44? It is shown in Jenkins Update Center as an update with changed settings format. Changelog entry in a file @CHANGELOG.adoc@ as well as in GitHub release is helpful for such kind of upgrades.

Jobs using this plugin may need to be reconfigured, and/or you may not be able to cleanly revert to the prior version without manually restoring old settings.
