tfs-plugin doesn't work in Post-build Actions

      jenkins version:2.242  start by docker

      tfs-plugin version: 5.157.1

      I have done global configure in jenkins, click Test connection and it return  Success via SOAP API.

       

       and I add `Set build completion status in TFS/Team Services` `Add link to associated work items in TFS/Team Services` in Post-build Actions.

      I use webhook to build push triggle.

      After build ,it can send mail but not set build completion status in tfs.
