Appending "ssl:" to P4PORT when editing an existing credential

      Reproduction steps:

      • Create a new valid Perforce credential SSL credential.
      • Click Save to leave the credential edit page.
      • Click 'Update' to edit the credential
      • "ssl:" has been added to P4Port and 'SSL connection' is unticked.
