Non-global credentials do not appear in the Bitbucket SCM credential list in the job config

      When configuring a pipeline in Jenkins and selecting Bitbucket as the SCM, It appears that only global credentials appear in the dropdown.  Credentials in the job folder do not appear whereas they do appear when selecting git as the SCM.
