System configuration -> Save changes fails with an error

      When I navigate to Cmanage jenkins an click on system configuration and trying to save the changes getting below error.

      A problem occurred while processing the request.

      Currently we are at Jenkins 2.254 I have tried upgrading still the issue occurs.
