Since the recent correction of the expand bar (thanks again!), that bar is now on top of the horizontal scroll bar. This appears only if you have "wide" scripts, otherwise the horizontal scroll bar is hidden.

Possible way to reproduce: install pipeline, create a pipeline job, run it, then click on replay, you will have a screen with the expandable text area.
