Azure app service plugin making 100% CPU in Azure App service during deployment and deployment is getting failed

      Azure app service plugin making 100% CPU in Azure App service during deployment and deployment is getting failed. This will not happen if we upgrade the App service plan ti a higher one. Also while using VS code Azure app service deployment the CPU usage is only below 50% and the deployment is successful. I am doing a dotnet build and deploy to an Azure app service from Jenkins.
