Currently the connection details for Adobe IO need to be entered globally (by some Jenkins Admin role in <Jenkins-URL>/configure). Instead it should be possible to configure those settings inside a Jenkinsfile of a specific job. This would allow regular Jenkins users (non-admins) to configure such jobs by themselves.

Obviously the credentials itself still need to be only referenced via their IDs but managing credentials is already possible for non admin users.
