Deprecated operations in projects(jobs) cause impossibility to save project(Error window occurs without any output)

Jenkins version: 2.291
JDK: Oracle jdk1.8.0_271
OS: RHEL 7.9

For example step: "[Deprecated] Publish PMD analysis results" cause it.

And one more thing: if you add this deprecated step you cannot delete it.

The pmd plugin is suspended and deprecated. It has been replaced by the warnings ng plugin. This issue won't be fixed.
