We are running 2.11.4 and as of July 1st 2021 new version 2.12.1 has been published.

From the git log it is not clear to me what has changed and how risky the upgrade might be.

• What is new in those releases? 
• 3.12.1 is also missing from https://plugins.jenkins.io/artifactory/#releases
• Could you also possibly start publishing release notes on https://plugins.jenkins.io/artifactory/#releases ?
