Environment:Just updated to Jenkins 2.321 On Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS.

Have disable ALL plugs-in via the UI.

After updating to build 2.321Â ALL of the text boxes on the configure screens are NARROW, they do not resize to fit the width of the screen:

Same screen on Jenkins build 2.317Â scales to the window size:
The build Step - Execute shell are especially problematic. There are NO resize handles on the window, you cannot make them wider, longer or shorter:
Reverting the WAR from 321 to 317 will return the UI to being able to resize the dialog boxes.
All of the plugins where update before and after the update.
We have disabled all of the plugins in the UI and the issue still persists.
