Schedule build plugin adds useless icon to branch folders

      Schedule build plugin incorrectly places the "schedule a build" icon on the row of the folder that represents a multibranch Pipeline. When I click the icon, it displays a 404 page not found error.

          Technically multibranch and org folders are buildable. For them it means to do an org or repository scan. Though I'm not sure how much sense it makes to allow this.
