The 'build' command currently does not allow setting credentials, even if 'Attempt to pull a newer version of the image' is selected.
Adding a credentials setting would enable the plugin to build images from a base image from a repository which requires credentials to pull. An explicit pull command before the build command is not a good alternative, as that would require to somehow retrieve the specific base image(s)/tag(s) from the Dockerfile(s) used for the build.
