Recent Jenkins releases have special "read only" form fields that are just labels.

For "Build periodically" and "Poll SCM" triggers, this means that readers can see the schedule, but it doesn't tell them when it would happen when H is part of the expression as the read/write form field's form validation would.

Ideally this would be changed to print schedule information even when read-only.
