The JQL filter field for the key "project" doesn't seem to be working as expected.
 
When passing the following configuration project = TEST12345 in the JQL Filter field under the option "Build when a comment is added to JIRA" and commenting in JIRA in this project no Jenkins build is triggered.
 
The webhook in JIRA is configured correctly, with the following event configured 
 
JQL : project = TEST12345.

Comment: created, updated
Issue: created, updated, worklog, changed
Working: created, updated.

Another strange observation is that sometimes when the JQL field in jenkins is blank but the JQL configuration in JIRA is still active it sometimes works.

Is there an issue with the JQL field?
