I need to access api end points using jenkins admin username and api token. But I am not able to create local admin account to access jenkins UI as AzureAD is enabled. 

I have tried with mixing-security-realm-plugin but I don't see any option to setup system user. It is also asking for OpenId connect details which I do not have. Any one suggest me  to create a local user while other users accessing jenkins using Azure AD SSO.
