"change message" dialog only visible when horizontally scrolling

      The input dialog in job configure pages is no longer visible at all times.
      You need to scroll to the right (this error is the cause that a scroll bar exists in the first place) and also be near the top of the page:

      This might be caused by the (very welcome) change issue 67198.
