If you head to jenkinsUrl/asynchPeople and select a user, that isn't yourself, you can see an option called "My Views" on the sidebar.

The button should say "User A's views", because if User B attempts to modify User A's settings, "My Views" refers to User B, yet you're actually viewing User A's views.
