Updating the Trilead API (1.71.v9e7860a_67a_df) makes the Subversion settings desappeared from the jobs and as well as from the jenkins settings.

      The Configure System menu:

          [JENKINS-69258] Subversion disappeared

The log files probably have more details about the "Oops!" error.

Are you using Java 8? This could be a duplicate of JENKINS-69229. Trilead API (1.71.v9e7860a_67a_df) has been withdrawn from the update center.

Were you able to downgrade Trilead API and fix the error that way? If so, let's close this issue.

We were able to restore the previous saved versions of our Jenkins and then upgrade the Trilead API to the 1.67 instead of the 1.71.

Now everything seems to be fine.
