if a plugin is not safe for removal as another plugin depends on it a warnign is shown in the plugin manager about which plugins depend on it.

However you can not move the mouse once the warning is visible as doing so dismisses the warning.

This makes it really hard to copy the text to paste somewhere so you can go tracing to see if you really need all the other plugins

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Start a clean Jenkins (2.364) (also occurs on 2.346.1)
      2. in the wizard do not install any plugins
      3. Install a plugin that depends on some plugins and some detached plugins. (Google metadata 0.3.1 for example)
      4. navigate to the plugin manager installed plugins
      5. for a plugin where the "disable" toggle is not enabled (SnakeYAML {}plugin) move the mouse over the toggle button and wait for the warning message to show explain why the plugin can not be disabled
      6. move the mouse to copy the text and plugins that are blocking uninstallation

Note that 5 can also be replaced for a plugin that could be disabled but has plusings with implicit dependencies (e.g. Trilead API plugin)

      Expected Results

      • I can move the mouse into the warning about the plugin to copy the text
      • the warning is only removed when I exit the table cell for the plugin or the warning

      Actual Results

      • As soon as I move the mouse the warning is hidden.
