Actually, this issue has related another issue.
JENKINS-37761 talks about creating new jenkins job with case sensitive feature.
However, it was treated as Won't fix since Job name is case insensitive in nature.
This sounds reasonable since creating same job name in case insensitive context would harm the job name's nature.
My claim is that renaming job name should be treated different.
There is certain use case that user would want to rename the single letter to capitalize(for example, capitalized letter by mistake)
Allowing renaming with case sensitive feature would not harm the job's insensitive characteristic, since it is renaming the existing one not creating it.
