There is `no` option to cancel plugin uninstallation process in plugin manager.
Expected behaviour
I would like to have a button which can cancel this operation in case of miss click.
It could also be aligned to right or middle. To reduce mouse movement.

The view doesn't start any operation, you can always go back to other pages via breadcrumbs. A click on "Plugin manager", or any other item, takes you back.

When I'm using 'back' button in my browser it removes all applied filters and my position in the site, can we at least fix that?
I was thinking that there was such feature hidden under this 'no' button ticket is referring to, and it was accidentally removed in process of upgrading UX.
I can create separate issue for that if you wish.
