jiraAddComment fails after first commit

      After implementing the steps as in https://issues.jenkins.io/browse/JENKINS-56304,

      still getting the issue of Error in Update Jira issues stage : java.io.NotSerializableException: hudson.model.User.

      Moved the jiraaddComment outside the @NonCPS method but still it fails with above error. 

      Can you please help?
