jira-trigger plugin event causes exception after upgrade to jenkins 2.375.1

      we are using the Jira trigger plugin to be notified upon every issue update in our self hosted Jira server.

      after upgrading jenkins to 2.375.1 we started receiving the attached exception in the jenkins log after each event the Jira server sent to out jenkins server.

      this did not happen in the previous jenkins lts version (2.346.4).
