jenkins-menu-dropdown-chevron missing for job runs

      In the jenkins classic view there is a dropdown chevron that is not always available anymore. With Jenkins 2.361 LTS it was always present, with Jenkins 2.375 LTS it is only present in some of the sub-pages such as Parameters but not the Console Output where the dropdown is very handy once we scroll down as the left panel scrolls away.

      I believe css id is `jenkins-menu-dropdown-chevron`. Since there was no mention of this change in the release notes I suspect that it was not an intentional change. We've got several complaints from our internal users about the regression.
