Since the introduction of Tippy tooltips, it is possible to create HTML tooltips using the attribute data-html-tooltip. It would be helpful, if the logic that reads the attribute would ignore empty tooltips (empty title attributes are ignored by the browser). Currently, an empty tooltip is shown.
