build status for one PR shown on another PR which has same source branch

      Hi there,

      the scenario is below,

      1, create a PR, for example, PR-1111, builds run
      2. for some reason, PR-1111 declined.
      3. create another PR-1112, with the same source branch and same target branch. builds run
      problem:
      the build result of PR-1111 is shown in PR-1112
