Installed Jira trigger plugin version 1.0.3

For testing, I set up a test Job

Java version:

openjdk version "1.8.0_362"
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_362-8u372-ga~us1-0ubuntu1~18.04-b09)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.362-b09, mixed mode)

When I try to trigger the launch of the pipeline, I get an error.
