unable to publish artifacts  using maven or gradle artifactory plugin and it intermittently get hang forever. The pipeline looks very unstable as it keep hanging for every other build and which is more frequent since last 2 weeks.  

It will just hang there and doesn't give any log or details even if we enable debug.

*Any help at the earliest would be much appreciated.*
