Inode monitor should inherit from MonitorOfflineCause for the offlineCause

      The Inodes monitor takes an agent offline by using OfflineCause.create. This creates a SimpleOfflineCause.

      But there is a dedicated class for the case that a node monitor takes an agent offline:
      MonitorOfflineCause
      When JENKINS-72159 is solved the admin monitor would not be able to detect that an agent is still taken offline by the inode monitor when it is not using MonitorOfflineCause
