Jenkins administrator is unable to change his own and other users password

      Jenkins administrator is unable to change his own and other users password.

      Matrix-based security is used:

      As the administrator I can't change other user password used to login to Jenkins.

      Also users reported me that they can't modify their own password (used to access to Jenkins).

      On the user configure tab I can only see:
