"Validate Proxy" button should accept 2xx and 3xx responses in HTTP Proxy Configuration

      In "Manage > Plugins > Advanced settings > HTTP Proxy Configuration" there is a "Validate Proxy" button.

      If you try it with an URL returning a valid status code like a 301 redirection, an error is returned even if the URL correctly responded.

      Example with `https://google.com`, redirecting to `https://www.google.com`:
