UI Components with SCM branch or tags do not display properly

      Since version 2.446 all the components which depends on an SCM configuration fails to display anything. The scm configuration is okay since reverting to 2.445 works. Happens with both SVN (Jenkins Subversion Plug-in) or git ( List Git Branches Parameter PlugIn)
