Could not update setting in Enable project-based security of specific job

      Windows 10

      After I upgrade Jenkins to version 2.452.1, I start Jenkins then below error is displayed "Log_error_start_Jenkins". 

      After that, Jenkins still could be started normally.

      I open a exist job configuration, below error log is displayed "Log_error_open_Job_Configuration".

      Whenever I change setting in "Enable project-based security" section, below error log is displayed
      "Log_error_update_Enable_project_based_security_option".
